NYPD marine boat next to Intrepid as sun setting. Photo taken on Pier 84 - newly finished pier (about 1yr ago) that is a wonderful edition to midtown west. There is a dog enclosure/restaurant/public facilites/bike rental/boat launch/seating/trees & lawn to sit on.
