Ray Tsuneyoshi provided the IBWSS membership a report on the California Department of Boating and Waterways programs and new projects. Ray is native Hawai'ian and introduced Tom Pohaku Stone from Kanalu K38 for the IBWSS traditional blessing in Hawai'ian that Tom provided. Ray is a friend of boaters not only in California but throughout the world, we are honored to call Ray our friend and colleague. Mahalo!
